Salcombe Citizen of the Year Nominations 2017
The Citizen of the Year is a prestigious award which is presented each year to a resident, or someone who works in the town, of Salcombe. Candidates will have given their time and energy, normally on a voluntary basis, to benefit the local community. There is no age barrier set for the recipient of the award.
The winner of the award will receive a plaque and will be invited to a Town Council meeting or event where the commemorative plaque will be presented. In addition, his or her name will be added along with previous recipients to a commemorative display board which is hung in the Salcombe Library, Cliff House.
