CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
For the year 2017/18 Salcombe Town Council is very pleased to confirm that Mrs Debbie Hainey has been unanimously voted to be our Citizen of the Year in recognition of her sterling work as Chairman of the Town Regatta committee. Debbie graciously accepted her award at this year’s Civic Lunch, held once again at the Harbour Hotel, where a large proportion of Salcombe’s wonderful army of volunteers gathered so that we could honour the outstanding service they perform for our town and its residents.
