Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 8th May 2019 to be considered and if agreed for the Chair to sign as a true and correct record. To also note the Minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on the same date.

6. LICENCE APPLICATION
To consider a variation of a premises licence application for The Estuary (formerly No 55), 55 Fore Street, Salcombe, TQ8 8JE as detailed below:
• Alterations to the plan of the premises. To include the external areas of the premises, a new restaurant to the first floor and alter the positioning of the bar.
• To add the provision of late-night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 00:00 Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 01:00
• To extend the supply of alcohol hours for consumption on the premises during the weekend and for residential guests. Friday to Saturday 10:00 – 01:00 Sunday 10:00 – 00:00 and residential members and their genuine guests Monday to Sunday 00:01 – 00:00.
• To remove the existing Annex 2 conditions and replace with the proposed conditions detailed in the operating schedule of the application.
7. PARK AND RIDE
To consider the cost to repair the car park barriers and bent post up to a cost of £550.
